I just moved out to Denver, Colorado to work as a Software Engineer working with secure embedded firmware at HID Global. You may not have heard of us, but we’re almost certainly part of your life. Our RFID technology is rather ubiquitous.
I used to write, along with a couple of friends, for a movie review/pop culture blog with a following of about 4 people at Snark, Critic, Pop!. I’ve been pretty busy with my own crazy experiments and haven’t done much with them in quite a while now. I should also mention that when I was writing the follow was around 4 people, but it’s since grown fairly dramatically. I’m starting to wonder if it was my writing that kept the readers away.
I play bass (bass guitar and double bass). I try to write music, but I’m kind of terrible at it. My wife, Christen Stephens, also does private lessons and performance for flute, piano and cello.
There’s plenty more that I’m involved in, however I’m not going to bother putting it here. I’ll be discussing it along the way in various posts.
